At Education National, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Education National account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed by our warehouse.
